FTAN TO HOLD HER 25TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022

It is still impossible to ignore the fact that the global pandemic brought much disruption to our businesses and the wider market since 2020, but we navigated through and I’d like to thank our members, employees, partners and supporters for their great collaboration and commitment in these trying times.

I’m proud of everything we have accomplished in the last year; delivering on most of the ambitions of our 2021 campaign strategy, particularly when faced with the most difficult of circumstances in the last year.

For our 2021 strategy, we set out to achieve ambitious financial targets and creating shared value for all through the following:

1.     Constitution of a National Executive Council

2.     Stakeholders engagements through renewed commitments, visitations, meetings, etc.

3.     Constitution and inauguration of all Zonal Councils and State Committee.

4.     Fundraising for the restructuring and digitization of the Secretariat

5.     Ongoing plans for constitution of a Tourism Advisory Council

Looking ahead, we anticipate an AGM that guarantees inclusiveness for member associations and other stakeholders. The Governing Council has actively participated in designing the strategic framework and we are all confident it will ensure we continue to create sustainable value for associations and businesses.

On this note, I Invite you to register below to attend this 25th AGM.
