Nigeria Everywhere Project: The Creative Collection — A National Call to Fashion’s Brightest Stars

Abuja, Nigeria – The Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy proudly announces the launch of Nigeria Everywhere: The Creative Collection—a nationwide open call to discover and spotlight Nigeria’s most innovative fashion designers and creatives.
This call is not merely a search—it is a movement. Nigeria Everywhere: The Creative Collection represents a bold celebration of the nation’s creative heartbeat, where heritage meets haute couture, and tradition converges with cutting-edge design. It is a testament to the resilience, vibrance, and soul of Nigeria, expressed through fabric, form, and fashion.
In partnership with emerging designers, seasoned artisans, and creative entrepreneurs, this initiative will birth a fashion collection that tells authentic Nigerian stories—woven with threads of identity, pride, and artistry. The pieces will reflect the essence of Nigeria’s diverse cultural landscape, serving as wearable narratives of the country’s ingenuity and spirit.
Selected designers will co-create with the Ministry on a one-of-a-kind collection that will take centre stage during the Nigeria Everywhere Exhibition Weekend at the 68th UN Tourism Commission for Africa (CAF) Meeting, to be hosted in Nigeria in June 2025.

This is a transformative opportunity—one that offers visibility, legacy, and access:
• Unparalleled Exposure: Participants will be featured on national and international platforms, through both digital showcases and high-profile media channels.
• Pathways for Growth: Creatives will become part of the Ministry’s growing network, opening doors to exhibitions, residencies, fashion commissions, and future collaborations.
• A Global Audience: Gain access to a high-level audience of global stakeholders, tastemakers, and industry leaders during CAF 2025.
• Creative Legacy: Contribute to a landmark cultural initiative that celebrates Nigeria’s global identity through fashion and design.
This open call invites fashion designers, stylists, and creatives who are actively engaged in the industry, with a strong portfolio and a collaborative spirit. Applicants must be committed to designing for the Ministry’s official collection and contributing to the community-driven values at the heart of this project.

Please note: While the Ministry will provide the platform, exposure, and opportunity, all associated costs of participation will be borne by the creatives themselves. This is a strategic investment in long-term visibility, impact, and brand elevation.
